Terms of Service

These Terms set forth the conditions for your use of our service "VILLAIN" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Use of the Service requires logging in with a Discord account.

Upon logging in, you agree to automatically join the designated Discord server.

Registration with false information is prohibited.

Customers purchase products provided by the Service by sending the specified amount via PayPay.

After the purchase is complete, a license key will be issued. In principle, license keys will not be reissued.

Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations and refunds after payment completion are not accepted for customer convenience. However, if we are unable to provide the product after payment completion due to stock shortage, system failure, or any other reason attributable to the Service, we will compensate the customer by crediting an amount equivalent to the paid amount to the customer's usable balance within the Service. If a different response is required by applicable law, we will comply with such law.

Customers must not perform any of the following acts:

・Unauthorized use of the Service

・Resale, transfer, or sharing of license keys

・Purchase using automated tools (bots, etc.)

・Acts that place an excessive load on the Service's systems

・Acts that cause trouble for other users

・Other acts that the management deems inappropriate

The management assumes no responsibility for the following regarding the Service:

・Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service

・Damage caused by customer's erroneous operations

・Damage caused by unauthorized access by third parties

・Damage caused by loss or theft of license keys

The handling of personal information shall be in accordance with the separately defined Privacy Policy.

The management may change these Terms at any time without notifying customers if it deems it necessary.

The changed Terms shall become effective from the time they are posted on the Service.

The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
